How Can Applied Behavioral Analysis Approach Help?

​Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a scientific and evidence based treatment.  ABA is the most effective and researched treatment method for those whom are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Applied behavioral analysis (ABA) is based on informing, teaching, training, and educating students, parents and/or educators though ABA concepts and methods. ​

ABA application and techniques varies for each individual. ABCS uses a variety of behavior concepts throughout our programs. These include but are not limited to positive reinforcements, task analyst, prompting, shaping responses, breaking down concepts, functional assessments, and modeling tasks. 

Applied behavioral analysis has been improving the lives of children and families since 1980’s. ABA therapy then started to gained awareness for helping those individuals with Autism learn new skills. ABA is a unique teaching method that connects and encourages children to learn new strategies through behavior principals. 
We can help your child by creating an ABA program specific to their needs. By doing so, we can identify which learning strategies work for him/her, and work together to achieve success during each therapy session.

ABA Assessment & Treatment Plan:
During our consultation and assessment phases of treatment, we will determine what assessments would be best for your child. The assessments stages may include, direct observations, indirect assessment and questionnaires, formal assessment with the individual, and then treatment plan creation for the individual needs.
